* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ina Howell
Ina Mae Howell, 98, St. Marys, died at 2:05 p.m. Nov. 30, 2012, at her home.
She was born Aug. 5, 1914, in LaFollette, Tenn., to John and Tressie Schrimpsher Webb.
Surviving are three daughters, Wilma Jean (Robert) Mahaffey, Bucyrus, Ann (John) Davis, St. Marys, and Mary Janet (William) McGowan, St. Marys; two sons, George W. "Bill" (Theresa) Howell, St. Marys, and Michael Howell, St. Marys; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a caregiver, Charlotte Compton, St. Marys.
Deceased are her husband, George W. "Willie" Howell; a grandson; and 11 brothers and sisters.
She was a homemaker and worked in the housekeeping department at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. She also had worked as a mid-wife for Jewish families in the Dayton area.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Judy Baker officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Moulton.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
