Nancy Fitzgerald
Nancy Ann Fitzgerald, 62, Bowling Green, died Nov. 29, 2012, at Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green.
She was born Feb. 21, 1950, in Celina to Lucy and Louis Doenges, who are deceased. She married Patrick Fitzgerald, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Dr. Kerri (Dr. Tung Mai Ha) Fitzgerald and Kathleen (David) Sayler, and four grandchildren.
She had 14 sisters and brothers.
She earned her professional nursing diploma at St. Rita's School of Nursing, Lima, and worked as an registered nurse in Norwalk, Conn., and at B.G. Community Nursing Home, St. Charles Hospital, Wood County Hospital, Bridge Hospice and Sunset Village. She belonged to Amnesty International, Save the Children, Dooley International and Pax Christi.
Mass of Resurrection is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Blessed John XXIII Catholic Community, Perrysburg, the Rev. Herb Weber officiant.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Dunn Funeral Home, Bowling Green.
Memorials may be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the American Cancer Society.
