* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Donauer
William F. Donauer, 91, Coldwater, died Nov 17, 2012, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born Nov. 28, 1920, in Minster to Anton and Carrie Sommers Donauer. On June 10, 1950, he married Mary Kay Werner, who died June 25, 2005.
Surviving are four daughters, Cindy (Doug) Kilgore, Croton, Nancy (Walt) Hartke, St. Henry, Terry (Dale) Rutschilling, Coldwater, and Linda (Jim) Stocker, Dayton; a brother-in-law, Bill (Lil) Werner, Las Vegas, Nev.; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Bob (Elsie) Donauer, James Donauer and Bernard Donauer, and a sister-in-law, Irene (Rich) Woeste.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, where he sang in the choir and was a Mass server. He belonged to Knights of Columbus, Mercer County Elks Lodge, Eagles, Lions Club, American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, all of Coldwater.
He was a longtime member of Memorial Park Board and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He formerly owned Home Bakery, Coldwater, and formerly volunteered at Community Hospital and Briarwood Manor.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be given to Coldwater Memorial Park.
