* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Crew tears down unsafe building

CELINA - Several unsafe structures have been knocked down by the city after council members enacted new legislation in the spring to combat blight.

The first unsafe building notice went out in June and since then, seven buildings have been razed by either city employees or property owners. [More]
