* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Arline Bixler
Arline Kay Bixler, 64, Clinton, Ill., died at 4:40 a.m. Oct. 29, 2012, at Advocate BroMenn Reg. Medical Center, Normal, Ill.
She was born May 4, 1948, in Celina to Arlie and Mary A. Wilson Bixler, who are deceased.
Surviving are two sisters, Roseanne Bove, Medford, N.J., and Nancy (Dan) Jedlicka, Peoria, Ill.
Also deceased are two siblings.
She worked for RFMS, Inc. LTC Support Services as a dietary manager and trainer.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Ill., the Rev. C. Don Ferrill officiant. Burial is 1 p.m. Friday at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to DeWitt County Food Bank.
