* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Peggy Chamberlin
Peggy E. Chamberlin, 75, New Bremen, died at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 26, 2012, at Otterbein Retirement Community, St. Marys.
She was born July 26, 1937, in South Bend, Ind., to John C. and Ruth Jackson Toth. On Dec. 15, 1956, she married H. Dan Chamberlin, who survives.
Also surviving are her son, Kirk Chamberlin, Las Vegas; a daughter, Lisa Finkenbine, St. Marys; a sister, Nora Ray, Goose Creek, S.C.; a brother, Fred Toth, Rotunda West, Fla.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, where she also was a member of the "Busy 12." She served as Jr. Choir Director for several years at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Sidney. She was a homemaker.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, is handling arrangements.
Memorials may be given to Grand Lake Hospice, St. Marys.
