* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Stover
Dorothy M. Stover, 88, Celina, died at 7:15 a.m. Oct. 23, 2012, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born July 7, 1924, in Celina to Albert and Nora Fortman Mersman. On June 21, 1947, she married William Alvin Stover Sr., who died May 2, 2005.
Surviving are two sons, William "Bill" (Janet) Stover, Celina, and Bob (Helen) Stover, Celina; a daughter, Mary Jane Stover, Cincinnati; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a granddaughter; three brothers, Tom (Dib) Mersman, Paul (Helen) Mersman and Fred (Helen) Mersman; four sisters, Rita (John) Gibbons, Mary (Walter) Vanderhorst, Ruth Mersman and Helen Mersman.
She graduated in 1942 from Immaculate Conception High School and belonged to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its Altar Rosary Sodality. She had worked at Celina Insurance Group and J.C. Penney's.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, Rev. Ken Alt officiant. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be given to the I.C. Endowment Fund.
