* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Steven Grimes
Steven F. Grimes, 58, Celina, died at 3:47 p.m. Oct. 22, 2012, at his home.
He was born July 8, 1954, in Celina to Donald H. and Martha L. Ludwig Grimes. His father is deceased; his mother survives in Fort Wayne, Ind. On May 7, 1977, he married Kathryn "Kay" Cron, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are sons, Curtis (Allison) Grimes, Columbus, and Aaron Grimes, Columbus; a daughter, Rebecca (Steven) Posada, Celina; a brother, Michael Grimes, Fort Wayne; sisters, Kathy (Chris) Porch, Atlanta, Ga., and Kristy Grimes, Columbus; and one grandson.
He graduated in 1972 from Celina High School and worked for 12 years as manager of the former Empire Restaurant, Celina. He also worked at TuWay American Group, Rockford, for 15 years and Four-U-Packaging & Supplies, Celina.
He was a member at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church; Sons of the American Legion Post 210, where he served as adjutant; Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713; Moose Lodge; and the Eagles, all of Celina. He also was a chain gang member for Celina High School football for several years.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiant.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and before 10 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be given to Grand Lake Hospice.
