* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Belden
Betty Jean Belden, 77, of Celina, died at 2 a.m. Oct. 19, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born May 19, 1935, in Pennington Gap, Va. to George and Laura Smith Thompson. Following the death of her first husband, Ernest Stewart, she married Richard Belden who is also deceased.
Surviving are a son, Delbert (Andrea) Stewart, Pennington Gap; a daughter, Linda (Mark) Severt, Celina; three brothers, James Thompson and Clint (Lynne) Thompson, all of Celina, and G.C. (Barb) Thompson, St. Marys; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Leonard Charles Thompson, and a sister, Ruth Parson.
She had worked as a cook at Behm's Landing restaurant on Grand Lake for many years. She graduated from St. Charles High School in Lee County, Va.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington.
Calling is after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
