* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Frederick Schulze
Frederick A. "Fred" Schulze, 63, Minster, died Oct. 15, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Nov. 16, 1948, in Fort Loramie, to Frederick and Mary Streacker Schulze. On Sept. 25, 1971, he married Karen Bertke, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Carl (Kathy) Schulze, Coldwater; a daughter-in-law, Brenda Schulze, Minster; seven siblings, Richard Schulze, McCartyville, Doris (Elmer) Rutchilling, Yorkshire, Wilfred Schulze, Piqua, Raymond (Betty) Schulze, Sidney, Ed (Ruth) Schulze Newport, Marlene McMullen, Troy, and Laverne (Diane) Schulze, St. Henry; a brother-in-law, Charles Mertz, Sidney; mother-in-law, Ellen "Annie" Bertke, Maria Stein; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob (Barb) Bertke, Pioneer, Pat (Ken) Bensman, New Bremen, Bev (John) Froning, Lake City, Tenn., Tom (Kathy) Bertke, Celina, Fred (Geri) Bertke, New Knoxville, Mark (Joan) Baumer, Coldwater, Pat (Joyce) Berger, Coldwater, Connie (Eric) Seger, Fort Loramie, Virgil (Jane) Bertke, St. Marys, Pam (Jim) Simon, Troy and Randy (Kim) Bertke, Franklin, N.C.; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, David Schulze; a sister, Alma Mertz; sisters-in-law, Betty and Mary Schulze; and a brother-in-law, Bob McMullen.
He graduated from Fort Loramie High School in 1966 and was retired from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen. He belonged to St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at Precious Blood Cemetery, Chickasaw.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:30 a.m. Friday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
