* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Kimmel
Paul P. Kimmel, 93, formerly of Mercer County, died Oct. 13, 2012, at National Church Residence, Dublin.
He was born Jan. 24, 1919, in Mercer County, to Ralph and Fannie Hoverman Kimmel. On Dec. 22, 1946, he married Joan E. Eichenauer, who died Jan. 6, 2008.
Surviving are a daughter, Diane (Thomas) Schumm, Dublin; a brother, Col. Robert E. (Anita) Kimmel, Riverside, Calif.; a sister, Betty Baxter, Delaware; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Enoch and Bill Kimmel, and a brother-in-law, Odus Baxter.
He graduated in 1936 from Rockford High School and later served as president of Parkway School Board. He served in the Army in World War II and belonged to the Rockford American Legion Post 508. He retired as a farmer and owner of Kimmel's Farm Market. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina. He later attended Powell Grace Brethren, Powell.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial with military rites will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Hospice National Church Residence, Dublin.
