* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Blankenship
Ruth Mae Blankenship, 91, Germantown, died Oct. 11, 2012, at Heartland Hospice, Miamisburg.
She was born Oct. 24, 1920, in Dayton, to William and Effie Davis Johnson. She married John Blankenship, who died in 2008.
Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Riggs, Germantown, and Janet (Albert) Scheckelhoff, Kettering; two sons, John Blankenship III, Germantown, Roger (Terri) Blankenship, West Carrollton, six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a son-in-law, Terry.
She belonged to United Methodist Church, Montezuma.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dalton Funeral Home, Germantown, Steve Fox officiating. Burial will follow at Germantown Union Cemetery.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Heartland Hospice.
