* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina's Miranda Werling, pictured, and Brianna Beougher were the second-seeded doubles team at the Division II sectional tournament but came away with the sectional championship. Beougher and Werling defeated their teammates from Celina, Katie Kerr and Leah Rose, in three games during the championship match. Both doubles teams advanced to this week's district tourney.
