* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hilda Koverman
Hilda Elizabeth Koverman, 97, formerly of McCartyville, died at 7 p.m. Sept. 30, 2012, at Elmwood New Bremen.
She was born Jan. 26, 1915, in Botkins, to Bernard and Lottie Brandewie Artkamp. On Oct. 3, 1936, she married William J. Koverman, who died Oct. 29, 1988.
Surviving are five children, Robert (Ruth) Koverman, Troy, Jerry (Lydia) Koverman, Troy, Sylvia (Lloyd) Kramer, Maria Stein, Jim (Linda) Koverman, McCartyville, and John (Denise) Koverman, McCartyville; a daughter-in-law, Therese Koverman, Clarksville, Tenn.; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and 10 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two sons, Kenneth and William Jr. Koverman, and a sister, Jeanette Englert Shaffer.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, and its Rosary Altar Sodality. She also belonged to Knights of St. John Auxiliary, Fort Loramie, and the Shelby County Farm Bureau Council and Homemakers Club.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. John Tonkin officiating. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 p.m. Friday at the church.
Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, is handling arrangements.
