* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Paulus
James C. "Jim" Paulus, 77, Celina, died at 6:40 a.m. Sept. 29, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Nov. 17, 1934, to Francis and Tillie Wissman Paulus. On April 22, 1961, he married Marge Muhlenkamp, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Michelle (Victor) Ten Brink, Bowling Green, Kent (Jill) Paulus, Versailles, Eric (Carmen) Paulus, Versailles, Sarah (Cliff) Poeppelman, Osgood, and Matt Paulus, Benton, Ky.; a brother, Jerry (Rose Mary) Paulus, Versailles; and nine grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Shirley Ann Paulus.
He owned the Versailles Furniture Mart and the American Shoppe of Celina. He belonged to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and was a member of the Moose and Eagles of Celina.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Denis Catholic Church, Versailles, Rev. David Vincent celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Valbert Cemetery, Versailles.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles.
Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or to Parkinson's Research.
