* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Randy Weiler
Randy J. Weiler, 54, Celina, died at 8:55 p.m. Sept. 22, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Aug. 6, 1958, in St. Marys, to Richard and Betty Cotterman Weiler. His mother survives in St. Marys. His wife, Nancy (Weitzel) Weiler, survives in Celina.
Other survivors include three daughters, Amanda Weiler, Celina, Ashley (Greg) Mertz, Celina, and Kelly Weiler, Celina; three brothers, Kim (Pat) Weiler, St. Marys, Tom Weiler, St. Marys, and Mike (Amy) Weiler, Wapakoneta; and four sisters, Diana Hecht, St. Marys, Sherry (Jerry) Willrath, St. Marys, Jammie Siemer, St. Marys, and Deb (Dale) Miller, St. Marys.
He was a retired employee of AAP, St. Marys.
Services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will be held at a later date.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
