* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Link
Patricia Sue Link, 61, formerly of Celina, died Sept. 15, 2012, in East Orland, Maine.
She was born Oct. 2, 1950, in Celina, to Cyril J. and Pauline B. Puthoff Link.
Surviving are sisters Barb (Bob) Bertke, Pioneer, Carol Schmidt, Union City, Diane Jobe, Toledo, and Rose Link, Findlay; and a brother, Roger Link, New Weston.
Also deceased are a sister, Jean Link, and a brother, Tom Link.
She graduated from St. Henry High School and then earned her bachelor's degree from the Dayton School of Practical Nursing on Sept. 14, 1969. She operated a sheet metal press at Kennedy Manufacturing for nine years before enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1983. She served as a Flight Operation Coordinator for four years and left with honorable discharge.
In 1988 she moved to Maine, where she worked as a licensed practical nurse at a hospital in Ellsworth. She then worked at a VA clinic in Bangor, Maine.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday in East Orland, Maine.
Memorials may be made to The Sjogrens Syndrome Foundation.
Arrangements are being handled by Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, Bucksport, Maine.
