* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Frueh Jr.
John "Jack" D. Frueh Jr., 69, Elida, died at 6:10 p.m. Sept. 8, 2012, at his residence.
He was born May 18, 1943, in Lima, to John D. and Dorothea Frances Lowery Frueh. On June 6, 1964, he married Cordelia C. Yopp, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Lisa (Jerry) Gruber, Cibolo, Texas, Stephanie (Moore) Lathrop, Weyers Cave, Va., and Brenda (John) Dorner, St. Henry; a son, John Frueh III, Lima; and seven grandchildren.
He graduated from Lima Central Catholic in 1961 and worked at Dana Corporation for 35 years, retiring in 2008. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1961 until 1965, with the rank of Airman Second Class. He attended St. Gerard Catholic Church and served on the Honor Detail of the Men's Auxiliary of VFW Post 1275, Lima. He also volunteered at St. Rita's Medical Center.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday at the church, Fr. Jim Szobonya officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, with a wake service at 8 p.m. Burial will be at Gethsemani cemetery with military rites by the VFW.
Memorials may be given to the church or St. Rita's Hospice.
