* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Hunter
Robert E. Hunter, 89, St. Marys, died at 3:50 p.m. Aug. 30, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born March 29, 1923, to Robert and Vivian Clark Hunter. On April 14, 1945, he married Charleen Fark, who died Jan. 1, 2004.
Surviving are a daughter, Nancy Koch, St. Marys; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a son, Michael Hunter; and two brothers, Richard and Charles Hunter.
He attended St. Marys Memorial High School and served as a map printer in the Army during World War II. He worked in the family printing business, Hunter Printing, in St. Marys, and for the Evening Leader Printing Company. He retired from Crown Equipment Corp.
He was a member of American Legion Post 323, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289 and Eagles Lodge 767, all in St. Marys. He also was a member of the St. Marys Men's Garden Club and the West Ohio Fish and Game Club. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Al Baker officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul's United Church of Christ.
