* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Jenkins
Charles J. "Jerry" Jenkins, 69, Celina, died at 4:25 p.m. Aug. 18, 2012, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born Jan. 9, 1943, in Urbana to Carl and Ruth Overfield Jenkins. On Aug. 11, 1963, he married Sharon E. Hawes, who died Dec. 24, 2009.
Surviving are a son, John (Michelle) Jenkins, Dayton; a daughter, Julie (Cary) Snyder, Convoy; a brother, Carl Jr. (Linda) Jenkins, Urbana; a sister, Becky Rupert, Urbana; and seven grandchildren.
A daughter, Karla Jenkins, and a brother-in-law, Bill Rupert, are deceased.
He was employed as general manager at Haulette Manufacturing, Celina. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 210 and the Moose Lodge, all of Celina. A 1961 graduate of Urbana High School, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, with military rites by the Celina American Legion and Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713.
Calling is after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, has charge of arrangements.
