* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Esta Mae Colwell
Esta Mae Colwell, 92, Mendon, died Aug. 16, 2012, at her daughter's residence.
She was born Oct. 3, 1919, in Yerkes, Ky., to Sam and Para Lee Caldwell Colwell. On Sept. 25, 1936, she married Hershel Colwell, who died May 22, 1997.
Surviving are two sons, Clayton (Pat) Colwell, Viper, Ky., and Kenneth (Sherrillene) Colwell, Corpus Christi, Texas; a daughter, Glenda High, Mendon; two brothers, Lowell Colwell, St. Marys, and Everett (Betty) Colwell, Decatur, Ind.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two sisters, Nellie McIntyre and Nora Harris; five brothers, Elige, Herman, Curtis, French and James Colwell; a son-in-law, Ray High; and a great-grandson.
She was a homemaker and a member of New Start Church of God, Celina.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. John Mobley officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Sunday and noon-1 p.m. Monday at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Mendon.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
