* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rhea Swander
Rhea B. Swander, 76, Ohio City, died at 8:10 a.m. Aug. 10, 2012, at CHP-Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
She was born Dec. 31, 1935, in Ohio City to Sherman Glenn "Buck" and Edna Mae Ayers Fenton Boroff. On Sept. 10, 1955, she married Paul W. "Rosie" Swander, who died Feb. 2, 2008.
Surviving are three sons, Darrell E. (Diane "Deeter") Swander, Ohio City, Tony A. (Lori) Swander, Rockford, and Paul G. "Tip" (Janeece Friesner) Swander, Van Wert; a sister, Mary L. Ries, Coldwater; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Edwin Glenn Boroff, William Earl Boroff and Donald E. Boroff.
He retired from Federal Mogul, Van Wert, in 1996. He was a member of Ohio City Church of God and a 1954 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Randy Bevington officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 9 a.m. Monday until time of services at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Inpatient Hospice Center.
