* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Moorman
Former Celina resident Charles F. "Fred" Moorman, 69, of Brighton, Colo., died July 7, 2012, of injuries sustained in a traffic accident in Denver, Colo.
He was born Jan. 7, 1943, in Celina, to Luther and Alberta Moorman.
Surviving are two children, Duncan Moorman, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Dana Thompson, Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Kay Grunden and Kathy Moorman, both of Celina; his ex-wife, Linda Bernhold, Las Cruces, N.M.; and three grandchildren.
A 1961 graduate of Celina High School, he later served in the U.S. Navy and worked in heating, ventilation and air conditioning sales.
He was cremated. Burial will be at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, at a later date.
