* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michael Hittle
Michael Wayne Hittle, 50, of Celina, died July 14, 2012, at his home.
He was born Aug. 22, 1961, in Greenville, to Lewis Jr. and Betty Lucille Elson Hittle. His mother survives in Celina.
Surviving are his fiancee, Becky Springer, Celina; a daughter, Ashley Mahaffey, Shelbyville, Tenn.; two brothers, Jerry (Debbie) Hittle, Union City, and Bob (Patricia) Hittle, New Weston; and three sisters, Barbara (Rick) Emans, Mendon, Sherry (Todd) Decker and Diana Hittle, all of Celina.
Deceased are a half brother, Ronald Hines, and three sisters, Bonnie Hittle, Brenda Hittle and Linda Gheen.
He was self employed in the recycling business.
Private family services will be held with the cremains to be interred later at Ansonia Cemetery,
There is no public visitation.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, has charge of arrangements.
