* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tents set up for this weekend's St. Henry Picnic were blown down during Friday's storm. Event chairman Denny Huelsman said none of the rides were damaged and activities will go on as planned.
