* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Kittle
James Kittle, 65, of Celina, died June 28, 2012, at Kindred Hospital, Lima.
He was born Jan. 5, 1947, in Celina, to Naaman Eugene and Vera Maxine (Gordon) Kittle. On Oct. 16, 1998, he married Janet Forlow, who survives.
Other survivors are children, James Jr. (Susie) Kittle, Celina, Christina (Rusty) James, Conroe, Texas, Jeff Kittle, Celina, Julie (Scott) Bell, Van Wert, and Cory (Amy) Kittle, Celina; stepchildren, Kim (Randy) Klausing, Ohio City, Dawn (Bill) Ream, St. Marys, and Sean (Beth) O'Connor, Fort Recovery; siblings, John (Pat) Kittle, St. Henry, Gordon Kittle, Rockford, Sam (Carol) Kittle, St. Marys, Marion (Sue) Claxton, Celina, and twin brother Jerry Kittle, Arizona; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; 11 stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Brandy Kittle, and a stepdaughter, Tammy O'Connor.
He worked for Mersman Brothers as a supervisor and for Carolina Cabinets as a plant supervisor. He was a member of MCERV for 10 years and a community volunteer for 30 years. He was a volunteer fireman for Mendon for more than 10 years.
Funeral Services are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Mark Wakeland officiating.
Calling is 5-9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until time of services Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mercer Memory Gardens.
