* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Irma L. Feldman
Irma L. Feldman, 100, Minster, died at 3:05 a.m. June 2, 2012, at the Hospice of Dayton Inpatient Unit.
She was born Feb. 6, 1912, in Fort Loramie, to Christopher and Caroline Stueve Boerger. In 1937, she married Russell Woehrmyer, who died in 1944. She married Henry Feldman in 1948, and he died in 1983.
Surviving are four children, Robert Woehrmyer, Dayton, Carol Ragalie, Sharonville, John Feldman, West Chester, and Mary (Tom) Swett, Ridgefield, Conn.; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Also deceased are a daughter-in-law, Carole Woehrmyer, and eight brothers and sisters, Henry Boerger, Irene Coleman, Luella Blair, Marie Fischer, Leona Schlusher, Robert Olding, Viola Forrester and Elmer Olding.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and the Catholic Ladies of Columbia.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be made to the St. Augustine Building Fund.
