* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Albert Schulze
Minster native Albert Frank Schulze, 89, formerly of Dayton, died May 29, 2012, at Hospice of Dayton.
He was born May 27, 1923, in Minster, to Louis and Henrietta Bertke Schulze. On Nov. 25, 1948, he married Rosemary C. Sieverding, who died July 21, 2010.
Surviving are a son, Martin (Mary) Schulze, Englewood; a daughter, Lou Ann (Kirk) Bell, Germantown; a brother, Louis (Joyce) Schulze, West Carrollton; two sisters, Odyne (Allen) Barlage, Fort Loramie, and Henrietta (Wilbur) Hoying, Anna; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Ernest, and five sisters, Luedna, Norma, Agnes, Veronica and Mary Lou.
He retired from National Cash Register Co., Dayton, after 36 years and also from Schroeder Construction. A U.S. Army veteran, he served in the European Theater during World War II; 23 months of his three-year service was on the front lines. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, the National Cash Register 25-year Club, Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club, Dayton, South Shore Sportsman Club, the Lake Improvement Association, St. Marys, and the Celina American Legion.
Funeral Mass is 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. James Dugal officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Fort Loramie.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Contributions may be made to Mercer County Council on Aging, Hospice of Dayton or the Montezuma church.
