* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Patchy slick spots could develop on elevated roadways where temperatures drop below freezing.

Matthew Ford
Matthew Alan Ford, 50, Rockford, died at 8:09 a.m. May 25, 2012, at the Van Wert Hospice In-Patient Center where he was a patient.
He was born April 28, 1962, in Decatur, Ind., to Ronald W. and Jacqueline A. Snyder Ford, who survive in Spring Lake, Mich. On Oct. 15, 1983, he married Anna M. Kuhn, who survives in Rockford.
Also surviving are four sons, Dustin, Michael, Joshua, and Andrew Ford, all of Rockford, and three daughters, Samantha (Greg) Norris, Celina, and Alexis and Madeleine Ford, both of Rockford; two brothers, Jeff Ford,Vernal, Utah, and Brian Ford, Spring Lake; a sister, Nancy (Steve) Dalman, Spring Lake; a mother-in-law, Alfrieda Kuhn, Rockford, and three grandchildren.
He was employed by Mercer Landmark in Chattanooga and was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Rockford, the Rockford Fraternal Order of Eagles, and the Willshire American Legion.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Ken Alt and Ken Schnipke officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.
