* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Feister
Ruth Evelyn Feister, 90, Celina, died at 7:50 a.m. May 23, 2012, at the Gardens at Celina.
She was born Jan 16, 1922, in Celina to Thomas J. and Clara R. Fetters Howell. On Dec. 21, 1940, she married Pharis E. Feister, who died June 7, 1981.
Surviving are a son, Rick (Rita) Feister, Celina; a daughter, Ann Buschor, Celina; a sister-in-law Celesta Howell, Columbia City, Ind.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are three brothers, John, Bevon and Lyle Howell; three sisters, Bernadine Crouch, Ermal Howell and Evon Howell; and a son-in-law, Phil Buschor.
She graduated from Celina High School in 1940 and retired as deputy auditor for the city of Celina. She was a member of Celina First Church of God.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Bruce Strine officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
