* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Viola Knapke
Viola P. Knapke, 95, Fort Recovery, died May 22, 2012, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born April 15, 1917, in Celina, to Jacob and Philippina Schaadt Haas. On Aug. 7, 1948, she married Florian "Shorty" Knapke, who died Nov. 29, 1993.
Survivors are a sister-in-law, Frances Knapke, Coldwater; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are four brothers, Lewis, Harold, Rudolph and Theodore Haas, and a sister, Marie Byer.
She had worked at the former Mersman Brothers plant, Celina and was a lifetime member of the Daughters of Isabella Circle 810, Fort Recovery. She also was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:45 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. The Daughters of Isabella will hold a prayer service at 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
