* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dale Wattercutter
Dale L. Wattercutter, 66, Minster, died May 9, 2012, at his home.
He was born Jan. 19, 1946, in Minster, to Albert and Leona Hartings Watercutter.
Surviving are two siblings, Diane (Ron) Bickel, Versailles, and Randy (Kathy) Watercutter, Minster,and two sisters-in-law, Becky Watercutter, Celina, and Jean Meier, Lakeview.
Deceased are two brothers, Marvin Watercutter and Gary Watercutter.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, Fort Loramie American Legion and the Minster Athletic Boosters.
He was a veteran of the Army National Guard and retired from the Minster Machine Company in 2006 after 42 years of service.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials may be given to Minster Athletic Boosters.
