* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rocks are moved from the Windy Point shoreline on Grand Lake this morning where the nonprofit Lake Improvement Association is rehabbing an abandoned beach. The beach will be 20 feet from the shoreline and 180 feet wide.
