* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Sampson
Mary Ann Sampson, 83, died April 24, 2012, at Emerald Crossings, Columbus.
She was born April 11, 1929, in St. Henry to Edward and Helen Westgerdes. She married Bernard Sampson, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Sandy (Ed) Jackson, Ed (Beverly) Sampson, Sue (Bill) Brough, Chuck (Jan) Sampson and Don (Erene) Sampson; a sister, Sr. Elizabeth Jane Westgerdes; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Edward, Robert, John, Vincent and Raymond Westgerdes.
She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, Columbus.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Michael Watson officiating. A light luncheon will be held 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter, Columbus.
Arrangements are being handled by Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, where condolences may be left at schoedinger.com.
