* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Dorner
John J. Dorner, 75, Wapakoneta, died April 17, 2012, at his home.
He was born June 26, 1936, in Sidney to Rudolph S. and Nora M. Hunt Dorner. On Sept. 26, 1959, he married Doris M. Petitjean, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Jeffrey (Kay) Dorner, Wapakoneta, John (Brenda) Dorner, St. Henry, and Jodie (Eric) Stinebaugh, Marina Del Rey, Calif; two siblings, Betty (Jim) Gaier, Grand Rapids, Mich., Carol Dorner, Sidney; and three grandchildren.
He was a 1954 graduate of Holy Angels High School, Sidney, and served with the U.S. Army in the United States and Germany. He was employed by Van Dyne Crotty Corporation, Dayton, for more than 40 years, retiring as senior sales and account manager. He also worked part-time at Bowman Brothers United Auto Sales, Sidney.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. He also was a member of Eagles Lodge, Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion, all of Wapakoneta. He was a former member of Wapakoneta Dads Club and served several years on the Wapakoneta City Recreation Board, serving one term as president.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating. Graveside service will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta.
