* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina High School student Greg Hirt, portraying Sweeney Todd, cuts the throat of Pirelli, played by Collin Stephens, during a dress rehearsal Tuesday for the school's upcoming production of "Sweeney Todd." Shows are 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday, April 27 and April 28 and 3 p.m. Sunday and April 29 at the Celina Education Complex auditorium. Clarification: The Celina High School spring musical "Sweeney Todd" will be performed at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and April 27 and April 28, as well as 3 p.m. Sunday and April 29 at the Celina Education Complex auditorium.
