* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Janet Squires
Janet D. Squires, 78, Pontiac, Mich., died March 20, 2012, in Pontiac.
She was born June 9, 1933, in Celina, to Owen A. and Freda A. Boise Roettger. Her husband of 46 years, Gerald T. Squires, is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Shawn M. (Lynda) Squires; a brother, Keith (Irene) Roettger; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Shelley S. Compton, and a sister, Karen A. Corbett.
A 1951 graduate of Walled Lake High School, she was employed by William W. Donaldson Insurance Agency, Pontiac, the Pontiac Motor Service Department and Walled Lake (Mich.) Consolidated Schools. She retired in 1995 from Western High School.
She was a member of Crossroads Presbyterian Church, Walled Lake.
Service was March 31, 2012, and burial followed in the church cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Shelley Squires Compton Memorial Fund at Hilton Elementary, Brighton, Mich.
Arrangements were by Lynch and Sons Funeral Home, Walled Lake.
