* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty J. Hoselton
Betty J. Hoselton, 83, Celina, died at 4:10 p.m. April 14, 2012, at Celina Manor.
She was born June 21, 1928, in Raymond City, W.Va., to Otto and Tressie Marie Burklo Spaulding. On April 28, 1946, she married Charles W. Hoselton, who died Jan. 28, 2011.
Surviving are four children, Charles (Nancy) Hoselton, Union City, Tenn., Roxanne (John) Houts, Celina, Trudy (Wayne) Fisher, Celina, and Sandra (Pat) Gillis, Dayton; a sister, Wilma Cathcart, St. Marys; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four siblings, Charles Spaulding, James Spaulding, Virginia Johnson and Mary Catherine Spaulding, and one grandchild.
She was a member of Celina First Church of God and the ladies group at the church. She had worked as a cashier at Marsh Supermarket, Celina.
Service is 7 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Strine officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
