* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Roby
John L. Roby, 69, St. Marys, died at 3:25 p.m. April 11, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born March 29, 1943, in St. Marys to Edward Rufus and Lela Elizabeth Auspaugh Roby. On Dec. 23, 1995, he married Charlene Bonifas, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Roy (Missy) Roby, St. Marys, Gary (Michelle) Roby, St. Marys, Mike Roby, St. Marys, Trent Roby, St. Marys, and Melissa (John) Vogel, St. Marys; two stepchildren, Gerri (Hector) Lopez, St. Marys, and Christi (Gabe) Sherrill, Sidney; a brother, Charles (Joyce) Roby, St. Marys, a former wife, Mary Lou Horner Roby, St. Marys; 10 grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
Deceased are siblings, Connie Sweeny and Larry Roby; and six stepgrandchildren.
He was a retired carpet layer.
Service is 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
