* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy White
Dorothy Elizabeth White, 97, Willshire, died at 5:09 a.m. April 7, 2012, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born Oct. 31, 1914, in Hopewell Township, Mercer County, to Ralph and Elsie Ann Eichenaur Zimmerman. On Nov. 3, 1943, she married Harold D. White, who died July 24, 1990.
Surviving are three sons, David (Becky) White, Willshire, Robert White, Decatur, Ind., and Ralph White, Willshire; two daughters, Linda (Stephen) Ford, Celina, and Karen (Ronald) Heiser, Decatur; a brother, Rolland (Betty) Zimmerman, Celina; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are a daughter, Shirley Roth, and three brothers, Chester, Earl and Homer Zimmerman.
She was a homemaker and a member of Willshire Union United Methodist Church.
Service is 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Bud Larimore officiating. Burial will follow in Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 pm. Tuesday and one hour prior to service at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.
