* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Vantilburg
Robert Vantilburg, 74, Celina, died April 2, 2012, at his residence.
He was born April 23, 1937, in Celina to Kenneth and Waunita Woods Vantilburg. On April 11, 1959, he married Rosemarie Schwinn, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Harry (Margie) Vantilburg, Robert (Julie) Vantilburg and Terry Vantilburg, all of Celina; a brother, Kenny (Idamae) Vantilburg, Fort Recovery; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He worked at Mersman Tables in Celina and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 30 years service. He attended Celina High School and served with the U.S. Army in Germany. He was a member of St. Marys Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kevin Neumann officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Community Health Professionals Hospice.
