* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

M. Parker McGlothen
M. Parker McGlothen, 74, St. Marys, died at 12:48 p.m. April 1, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 2, 1937, in Martin, Ky., to Morton and Edythe Hagans McGlothen. On Oct. 6, 1956, he married Vivian Bevans, who died Aug. 11, 1981. On April 11, 2003, he married Ruth Snyder, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Debra Ann (Brice) Gyurisko, Orlando, Fla., Sandra Kay (Rowdey) Borges, Wapakoneta, and Rebecca Sue McGlothen, Wapakoneta; three stepchildren, Brad Snyder, Toledo, Scott Snyder, St. Marys, and T.J. (Ammy) Snyder, St. Marys; three siblings, Dale (Elsie) McGlothen, St. Marys, Jim (Val) McGlothen, Portage, Ind., and Jerry (Roberta) McGlothen, St. Marys; a brother-in-law, Ken Lutz, St. Marys; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Gale Lutz, and a stepdaughter, Nan Snyder Dickrede.
A 1954 graduate of Memorial High School, he retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company after 41 years of service. He was a life member of St. Marys Eagles.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, Brice Gyurisko officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
