* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patty Cooper-Clark
Patty L. Cooper-Clark, 81, Piqua, died at 7:45 a.m. March 23, 2012, at Piqua Manor Nursing Home, Piqua.
She was born Jan. 18, 1931, in Piqua, to Earl and Henrietta "Faye" Niesley Frey. On Dec. 12, 1947, she married Robert L. Cooper, who is deceased. On Feb. 19, 1978, she married Norman Clark, who died Oct. 26, 1991.
Surviving are six children, Robert L. (Rose A.) Cooper, Celina, Edward S. (Kimberly) Cooper, Sparta, Tenn., William (Anita) Cooper, Piqua, Mark A. (Lori) Cooper, Sidney; Sheryl (Donald) DeBrosse, and Lorri Cooper, all of Piqua; four stepchildren; 20 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Covington Church of the Brethren. She was manager of the shoe department at Elder Beerman in Piqua for 30 years. She was a volunteer at Miami and Mercer County Red Cross chapters.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua, the Rev. Scott Stremmel officiating. Burial will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington,
Calling is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Acclaim Hospice, Dayton, Catholic Social Services, Sidney, or Miami County Humane Society, Troy.
