* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virgil Behr
Virgil C. Behr, 63, of St. Marys, died at 9:55 p.m. March 16, 2012, at his residence.
He was born July 14, 1948, in Sidney to Wilbur and Rita Greve Behr. His father and stepmother Bea Behr survive in Fryburg. His mother is deceased. On April 15, 1978, he married Patricia A. Dorsten who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Chris (Heather) Behr and Curt (Ashley) Behr, all of St. Marys; six brothers, Melvin (Linda) Behr and Eugene "Yogi" Behr, all of Wapakoneta, Jerry (Jewelie) Behr of Cartersville, Ga., Norman (Kim) Behr, Fryburg, Nelson Behr, Columbus, and Denny (Karen) Behr, Troy; two sisters, Donna (Denny) Steinke, Wapakoneta, and Carol (Dan) Hemmert, Sidney; and three grandchildren.
Also deceased are his parents-in-law Victor and Justina Dorsten.
He owned and operated Kellermeyer Men's Clothing in St. Marys and previously worked at First National Bank in Wapakoneta and Bank One in St. Marys for 25 years. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 1592, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 767, all of St. Marys. He also served on the Friends of Holy Rosary board as well as Good for Business of the Capabilities program and assisted Agape Ministries with financial matters.
He was a 1966 graduate of Wapakoneta High School and graduated from Northwestern Business College in Lima. He served with the U.S. Army in Korea during the Vietnam War.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial with military graveside honors follows at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
