* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Annabel Wagner
Annabel E. Wagner, 101, New Bremen, died at 11:30 a.m. March 8, 2012, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 22, 1910, in New Bremen, to Alfred H. and Louis Schroeder Scheer. On Nov. 28, 1935, she married Alvin "Pete" Wagner, who died Dec. 20, 1980.
Surviving are a son, Ted (Terry) Wagner, New Bremen; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five siblings, Theodore, Howard and Clifford Scheer, Beulah Lutterbeck and Ethel Whitacre.
A lifelong member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, she taught Sunday School for many years and was a member of the Christian Service Guild. She was a 1929 graduate of New Bremen High School.
She and her husband owned and operated the former Wagner's Laundry Mat, New Bremen. She had also worked at Schwieterman's Drug Store. She retired from Crown Equipment Corp. in 1974 after 23 years of service.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is noon until time of services at the funeral home.
