* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathryn Luecke
Kathryn B. "Kitty" Luecke, 92, St. Marys, died at 7 a.m. Feb. 26, 2012, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
She was born March 3, 1919, in St. Marys Township, to Elmer and Mary White Youngs. On Oct. 18, 1956, she married Rodney S. Luecke, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mary (Chris) Beane and Jonie (Rick) Kistler, all of St. Marys, and two grandchildren.
Deceased are four siblings, William Youngs, John Youngs, Elmer "Bud" Youngs and Mary Danaher.
She was a 1937 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. She was a homemaker and had worked as a secretary at the St. Marys Woolen Mills for many years.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She served as chaplain for St. Marys American Legion auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:15-10:15 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel.
Memorials may be made to Holy Rosary school or to the American Arthritis Foundation.
