* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Maxine Allen
Maxine E. Allen, 93, Celina, died at 2:10 p.m. Feb. 22, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born April 28, 1918, in Mendon, to William and Lenore Bogart Lampy. On April 14, 1946, she married Henry J. Allen, who died Oct. 19, 1999.
Surviving are two daughters, Shirley (Henry) Hoskins, Celina, and Eunice (Rick) Hagen, Celina; two brothers-in-law, Hubert (Carol) Allen, Celina, Homer Lentz, Findlay; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two siblings, Emlyn Lampy and Mary Lentz.
A homemaker, she was a 1936 graduate of Mendon-Union High School. She had attended Mendon First Church of God and St. Marys Church of the Nazarene and was a member of the former Gospel Mission Church, Celina.
Service is 3 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jim Keiser officiating. Burial will follow in Neptune Cemetery
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
