* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

S. Andrew Liming
S. Andrew Liming, 57, St. Marys, died Feb. 14, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 20, 1953, in Xenia, to Ervin and Maryjane Webster Liming. His mother survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are three siblings, Gary (Joann) Liming, St. Marys, Nancy (David) Liette, St. Marys, and Joey Liming, St. Marys.
Deceased is a brother, James Liming.
A 1972 graduate of Memorial High School, he attended Wright State University, Dayton, and Northwestern Business College, Lima. He graduated from Findlay University.
He worked at Tom Ahl Auto Dealership, Lima, and the Equestrian Therapy Department of Findlay University. As a young man, he received an award for heroism from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
He served in the 75th Ranger Battalion, Airborne, with the U.S. Army.
Service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial with full military honors will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
