* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michael Moulton
Michael L. Moulton, 51, of Rockford, died at 12:10 p.m. Feb. 9, 2012, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
He was born Oct. 9, 1960, in Muncie, Ind. His father, William Moulton, and mother, Billie Jo Wallace Evans, are deceased. He married Brenda Jenkins, who survives.
Other survivors are nine children, Lois Moulton, Ohio City, Karen Moulton, Convoy, Robin Moulton, Van Wert, Dale Moulton, Van Wert, Don Moulton, Ohio City, Christopher Anderson, Rockford, Jonathan Anderson, Mountain Home, Idaho, Nathaniel Anderson, Rockford, and Zacarias Anderson, Nelsonville; a brother, Richard R. (Betty Jo) Moulton, Converse, Ind.; a stepbrother, Terry A. Evans, Portland, Ind.; and a stepsister, Shelly L. (James) Gidley, Carmel, Ind.
He worked as a carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Lima. He was U.S. Army veteran and member of the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars, Van Wert Disabled American Veterans, Van Wert American Legion and AMVETS.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial with military graveside rites is at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
