* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Rita Hilgefort Fenner
Former Piqua resident Rita M. Hilgefort Fenner, 95, died Feb. 8, 2012, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
She was born June 4, 1916, in Russia, to Charles and Emma Marchal Monnin. On Nov. 26, 1936, she married Frank B. Hilgefort, who died April 1, 1963. On Feb. 26, 1970, she married G. Harrison Fenner, who died Aug. 6, 1988.
Surviving are three children, Ronald (Betty) Hilgefort, Montezuma, Debbie (Ken) Woehrmyer, Lebanon, and Kay Nederostek, Allentown, Pa.; a daughter-in-law, Jan Hilgefort, Ozone, Tenn.; 14 grandchildren; and many great- and great-great grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Kenneth and Terrence Hilgefort; six siblings and spouses, Mildred and Clarence Pepiot, Rosemary and Jack Wilson, Wilmer and Josephine Monnin, Floyd and Frieda Monnin, Paul and Dolly Monnin and Lester Monnin.
A homemaker, she attended St. Boniface Catholic Church, Piqua, and was a past member of St. Ann's Ladies Sodality, Fort Loramie.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Gehret Funeral Home.
